By proceeding with this booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
🎳 Your Booking
Your booking is scheduled to commence at --:-- and must be completed by --:-- on --.
Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time. We reserve the right to conclude your session at the scheduled end time to ensure subsequent bookings commence on time. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or early terminations due to tardiness.
🏠 House Rules
All guests must adhere to the following rules at all times:
- No running in the centre and no climbing on furniture
- No food or drinks beyond the orange line (clearly marked)
- One ball at a time – do not bowl more than one ball simultaneously
- Bowling shoes are mandatory – shoes must not be worn outside the centre
- Stay in your lane – do not walk in front of other bowlers
- Do not cross the foul line – this is a safety requirement
- No bowling after your game ends – this will be considered theft of services
Failure to comply with house rules may result in immediate termination of your booking at staff discretion, without refund.
👨👩👧👦 Supervision of Minors
Parents, guardians, and caregivers are solely responsible for the behaviour, safety, and supervision of all children in their care at all times whilst on the premises.
The person making this booking accepts full responsibility for ensuring all minors in attendance comply with house rules and conduct themselves appropriately.
⚠️ Liability & Damages
The person making this booking accepts full financial responsibility for any damage to venue property, equipment, or facilities caused by themselves or any member of their party during their visit.
An invoice for the cost of repairs or replacement will be issued to the booking contact and payment will be required within 14 days.
🧹 Venue Cleanliness
We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all guests. We kindly ask that you leave your lane and seating area in a reasonable condition upon departure.
Excessive mess or spillage beyond normal use may incur a cleaning fee, which will be invoiced to the booking contact.
📹 CCTV Surveillance
For the safety and security of all guests and staff, CCTV cameras are in operation throughout the premises and record continuously.
Footage may be used as evidence in the event of disputes, damage claims, or incidents requiring investigation.
💳 Deposits & Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable unless written notice of cancellation is received at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled booking time.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking, or failure to attend (no-show), will forfeit the full deposit amount.

By checking the terms agreement box and proceeding with payment, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions above
- You are authorised to make this booking on behalf of your group
- You accept personal responsibility for your group's conduct and any resulting liabilities
- You will communicate these terms to all members of your party
